Designed by the Italian house ISEO / FIAM, the X1R offers automatic locking when the door closes, panic function (single-action) with immediate unlocking from the inside, and multiple access methods: mechanical key, mobile app, RFID card, keypad, or fingerprint recognition.

Suitable both for main entrances of residential or apartment buildings as well as for commercial premises. The X1R meets 24/7 security needs, thanks to features such as automatic re-locking, door status detection, and integration with intercom or home automation systems.

AUTOMATIC LOCKING

The ISEO X1R Easy automatically locks the moment the door closes, so the user never has to remember to lock the door manually. It is the simplest electronic locking scenario: guests can be opened remotely through the buzzer, while the main user can still enter with a traditional key. From the inside, the door unlocks easily with the push of a button.

KEYBOARD ACCESS

The ISEO X1R Easy locks automatically every time the door closes, while adding the convenience of PIN code access. The user can enter without a key by typing a personal code, and guests can still be opened remotely through the buzzer. From the inside, the door unlocks easily with the push of a button.

Control your door from your smartphone.

SMART KEYBOARD

The ISEO X1R Smart gives the user full control of the door through a smartphone, with the ability to manage access, assign permissions, and check who entered. The door can be opened with PIN code, RFID tags/cards, or through the app, while the included battery system keeps the lock operating even during a power outage. From the inside, the panic handle allows fast and easy exit.

SMART MULTIREADER

The flagship ISEO X1R Smart scenario offers full smartphone control, access management, and entry history, combined with a premium backlit multireader for easier everyday use. The door can be opened with PIN code, RFID tags/cards, or through the app, while the illuminated reader makes access clearer and more comfortable, even in low light. The included battery system keeps the lock operating during a power outage, and the panic handle allows fast and easy exit from the inside.

Can this lock be installed on an existing door?

Yes, there are locksmiths who can carry out this type of modification. However, Sabadoor does not provide this service. We install these locks only on newly manufactured doors.

What is the expected lifespan of the lock?

Based on our experience of installing this lock for over two decades, in residential use the lock can operate trouble-free for approximately 10 to 15 years.

What warranty does the factory provide if the lock burns out?

Each door is tested to ensure proper operation before leaving the factory. In cases where a lock “fails” or burns out, we provide full telephone support required to resolve the issue through your technicians, as well as the necessary spare parts. Once the defective components are returned to the factory and the cause of the failure has been assessed, the factory covers the cost of the parts, provided that liability is confirmed.

Is this lock waterproof?

The lock has an IP44 certification, which means it is resistant to splashes and humidity, but not to heavy rain, water pressure, or immersion. In practical terms, it is suitable for outdoor use only if it is relatively protected, for example under a canopy.
