? CISA Electric Lock: Upgrading Specifications for Maximum Reliability
At Sabadoor, quality goes beyond aesthetics; it’s about every mechanical and electrical component. To eliminate technical issues and enhance customer satisfaction, we are introducing a significant upgrade to our security doors equipped with CISA electric locks.
The Issue: Why do electric locks fail?
A common market issue is the failure of the electric lock (coil burnout). Technical analysis shows that in most cases, the cause is incorrect electrical wiring during installation, lacking proper protection.
For a CISA lock to function correctly, it requires:
Power Supply: 12V AC
Current: ≥3A (ideally 3.5–4A)
Protection: Use of a time relay
The Sabadoor Solution: Factory-Installed Time Relay
We have decided to provide a definitive solution. We are now integrating the time relay directly inside the door during production.
This upgrade ensures:
Reduced Failures: Protection of the lock from prolonged power exposure.
Safer Operation: Guaranteed performance regardless of the building’s external electrical setup.
Installer Convenience: Minimizing errors during final connection.
Pricing Update
The integration of this vital component and the improvement of technical specifications will lead to a slight price adjustment for this product. These changes will be reflected in our new price lists, which will be released in the coming days.
We invest in reliability to provide doors that perform flawlessly for a lifetime.
